PT. Terra Evolusi Indonesia  was established in the year 2017 by holding company, PT. Rasuna Said Indonesia as an Oil & Gas Equipment and Logistics company. For Oil & Gas Equipment, the company with agency representation of principals for Indonesia. An asset management company for owned and consigned equipment in Indonesia, procures and stock equipment and spare parts, outsource and deliver equipment to customers.  As a Logistics company, PT. Terra Evolusi offers logistics services and solutions for all cargo types for domestic and international movements of cargo.

PT. Terra Evolusi Indonesia are based on the five (5) cornerstone values of PT. Rasuna Said Indonesia : integrity, accountability, diligence, perseverance and discipline. Regular trainings provided by holding company, PT. Rasuna Said Indonesia are conducted to embed these core values.


Integrity leads to the decision to do the right thing by employees, executives and  stakeholders alike.  The company interprets integrity as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one’s actions. Alongside regular training, quarterly assessment of employees and executives manages the practice being honest and showing a consistent  and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principals and values within the establishment.


The company holds employees and executives responsible for completing assignments / projects, accomplishing goals and decision making that delivers on the said expectations. Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and Key Performance Indexes (KPIs) for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance are utilized to manage accountability.


Procedures of care is conducted in all areas of the company from sorting the right employee fit to selecting the right partner and customer.  These procedures contributes to the decision making with the quality of information available to decision makers and by ensuring that this information are exploited in systematically to deliberate on the decision making process weighing its costs, benefits, and risks.


Moving forward, a step at a time to achieve Key Performance Indexes. Weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings are orchestrated by direct superiors to assist employees and executives through, feedback, evaluation, planning and implementation to support employees and executives in their perseverance to achieve the Key Performance Indexes set.


Company policies, rules, regulations and processes are written by the management. The company practices a no-tolerance policy to ill-discipline with the implementation of three (3) warning letters. Despite the no-tolerance policy, the company believes in rewarding employees and executives for the discipline efforts of the core values.
